My boyfriend does my nails

Today, my boyfriend and I had a different kind of date-day than he might have thought he would be having. First we started with getting haircuts – both of us. Then he did my nails. He’s talked about doing it for a while because he had a design he wanted me to do, and I said I would only have it if he did it himself. So today was the day!

He and I are very much into watching basket (mainly NBA) and he wanted to do a manicure inspired by “my” team – Atlanta Hawks.

A bit messy

First, base colors! This looked a bit messy, so he wanted me to do some clean-up around the nail (He’s watched me do it so many times so he knew it was possible).

65 minutes later: And the finished look:

The left hand is the jersey numbers of all the starters and the right hand is jersey numbers of the bench.

He was the most satisfied with the left hand, but I think he was surprisingly good at it! I didn’t think he was going to be that good at it.

He made me promise to keep it for the weekend, so girls, you’ll be seeing this on saturday 😉
