Turquoise Stone Inspired Water Spotting

This week’s surprise challenge is one of the more successful ones in the bunch, but once I got the pictures up on my computer screen, I realized they aren’t the best and now my lighting’s gone, so sorry about that. It is a manicure where I used the water spotting technique. With this technique, you drop some nail polish in a cup filled with water and then you spray it with hairspray so it breaks up in to tiny specs that you dip your finger into. There’s a video below that shows you how it’s done if you didn’t get my written explanation.

Polishes used:

  • E.L.F – Mint Cream
  • OPI – Serious Sparkle
  • China Glaze – Exotic Encounter
