Merry christmas everyone! May you all have a wonderful time with your friends and family!
Throughout the month of December, I’ve made 19 christmas nail art designs – here, you can see them all again if you missed any, and perhaps this will give some inspiration to those of you who still needs the perfect christmas manicure.
I think today’s mani came out really cool, and it was surprisingly easy to do! I know that there are nail vinyls out there with these patterns on them, but I don’t have those, so I did my own version.
I just cut out a circle in a piece of tape, stuck that on the nail and created the ornament pattern by “filling it in” with a striping polish. When you remove the tape, the pattern that you created is going to have a roundness to them that creates the illusion of it being ornaments.
I especially love how the ring finger came out!
Rimmel – Rhythm & Blues (blue base)
OPI – Comet in the sky (how pretty is that glitter!?)
Today’s mani is of the more abstract kind. I gotta say, it’s getting harder and harder to come up with new christmas-related nail art without repeating myself, but hopefully I’ll come up with a few more designs 😉
I went a little crazy.. A little crazy with sequins.. And I love how my sequin christmas tree came out! I do wish I’d not made the snow on the ground, though.. It just seemed appropriate to have some of the snowfall stick on the ground.
Much in relation to yesterday’s post, sometimes it’s nice to have a break from ‘traditional’ christmas manis, so I’ve extended that break for one more day with these pink snowflakes. I’ve seen more and more pink used for christmas manicures/polishes, but it has not reached the ‘obligatory christmas color’ status for me yet.
I love to find new ways to do semi-naked nail manis. Well, almost-naked since I always use a sheer nude pink as my base. This time, I put a festive spin on it with these christmas tree branches. Super pretty and super easy to do! I have a video of this going up at a later point – I just have to edit it 😉 I you wanna see that and my other videos (including two new christmas ones!), you can check them out here.
